How we process personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. Data we process
Contact. This website is informational and has no operational sign-up forms. We process the personal data you voluntarily provide when you email us (name, email address and the content of your message).
Technical data. Our hosting provider may log technical connection data (IP address, browser, date and time) solely to keep the service secure and working properly.
Web analytics. Only if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to obtain aggregated usage statistics: cookie identifiers, pages visited, device and browser type and approximate location. Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses and we never link this data to your identity.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Handling your enquiries, proposals or support requests: your consent when contacting us and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in replying (art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).
- Measuring how the site is used in order to improve it: your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from “Cookie preferences”.
4. Retention
We keep contact data for as long as needed to handle your request and, afterwards, for the periods required by law. Analytics data is kept in Google Analytics for a maximum of 14 months.
5. Recipients and international transfers
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. Our email and hosting providers may access it as data processors, with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
For web analytics the processor is Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google may transfer data to Google LLC in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision and, subsidiarily, the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. 6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@cjventure.tech. If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
